Info for Blood Orange
The lightning-in-a-bottle emergence of Freya Ridings with her singles "Lost Without You" and "Castles" from her self-titled debut album made her one of the surprise international successes of recent years. With "Lost Without You", Freya became the first female artist to celebrate an entirely self-penned UK Top 10 hit since Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill" in 1985. This paved the way for her debut album to achieve immense worldwide success: #3 in the UK charts, over a billion streams and a phenomenal 47 platinum and gold awards from around the world.
The highly anticipated second album "Blood Orange" was written by Freya. It was joined by choice collaborations with Steve Mac (Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi), Kamille (Dua Lipa, Little Mix), Will Bloomfield (Alfie Templeman, The Vaccines), LostBoy (Mimi Webb, Rita Ora), Phil Plested (Lewis Capaldi) and Scott Harris (Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes). The result is an album that lays it all out on the table in 14 life-affirming songs about who she is, what she's been through and what she's become.

Freya Ridings
Hailing from London, 23-year-old singer-songwriter Freya Ridings self-releases her single “Lost Without You,” a pop ballad about an intense, regretful moment that changed her life. Her debut single “Blackout” premiered in May and received international support on radio and editorial support on Spotify. Her second single “Maps,” a spine-tingling cover of the classic Yeah Yeah Yeahs hit, further opened the doors for Freya as it received major support from Spotify and Zane Lowe, who added her to his #Breaking List.
Upon releasing a live album in September, Freya embarked on her first full headline tour in the UK. She then spent the rest of 2017 on the road supporting acts such as Dotan, Tears for Fears, Tash Sultana, and Lewis Capaldi. 2018 will be bright for the up-and-coming singer-songwriter, as Freya has set herself up to be an artist to watch in the new year.
