Info for Get Better
One of our ones to watch for 2025 Parisian alt-rock trio Storm Orchestra is set to take 2025 by storm (pun intended) with the release of their highly anticipated new album Get Better, slated for release on April 11 via Mascot Records. The band has also unveiled the music video for their electrifying new single “Superplayer.” The song see’s playful infectious melodies contrasted with pounding drums and huge riffs in a super energetic anthem that offers a unique perspective on relationships.
Speaking on the single drummer Loïc Fouquet shares: “I wrote the second verse of this one, and the funny story is that I am a football fan… On the bridge, we tried something different because we felt we could use a sing-along, stadium vibe. I’m a big fan of Newcastle United, and I’ve been to games in Newcastle, Paris, and London. So, on the bridge, we had a famous chant. If you listen closely, you may recognize it.”
Maxime Goudard, vocals, guitar
Adrien Richard, bass
Loïc Fouquet, drums
Storm Orchestra
Over the past two years, Storm Orchestra have been crafting their own take on modern rock, based on aggressive riffs, catchy choruses and hard-hitting passion.
Inspired by the 2010s wave of UK rock bands like like Royal Blood or Nothing But Thieves or the early years of Muse, the trio released a first self-titled EP in 2020 that reached 1 million streams.
Now, they’re ready to rock the stage with new tracks from their debut album, produced by Alias Studio (Bertrand Poncet and Bastien Lafaye from Chunk, No Captain Chunk!)
This album contains no booklet.
